Exchange Policy

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must raise a support ticket with our Customer Care team within 10 days of delivery. Exchange requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To initiate an exchange request, please contact us at customercare@cuemath.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photographs of the product packaging, where applicable
  • Any other information or documentation reasonably requested by our support team to assess the claim

Once we receive and review the required details, we will determine whether the item is eligible for an exchange and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
