All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are governed by our Exchange Policy.

Customers seeking an exchange for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must raise a support ticket with Customer Care within the timeline specified in the Exchange Policy and provide:

• Order details;
• A description of the issue;
• Clear photographs of the product;
• Packaging photographs, where applicable; and
• Any additional information reasonably requested by our support team.

Exchange requests that do not satisfy the requirements of the Exchange Policy may be declined.

7. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us at customercare@cuemath.com. Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information and ensuring availability for delivery.

These Terms, together with the Cuemath Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Cuemath with respect to purchase with Cuemath.
