Shipping Policy
By Cuemath – We make every child MathFit — through a coach who stays for years.
Thank you for shopping with Cuemath (“We, Us, Our”). We want our customer’s order to reach them safely and without any hassle. This policy explains how Cuemath process, ship, and deliver orders that have been on Shop.cuemath with CUEMATH.
Processing and Delivery
Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once the order has been processed and shipped, it will be delivered within 10–12 business days.
Once the order has been shipped, within 24 hours of dispatch, Customer will receive an email containing tracking details.
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors which are beyond Cuemath’s control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays etc.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown during checkout before the completion of the purchase and the amount displayed at checkout will be the final shipping cost payable for the order placed with Cuemath on Shop.cuemath.
Shipping Partners
Cuemath work with trusted shipping partners to deliver orders across our service areas. The carrier used for our customer’s shipment may vary depending upon the Customer’s location and operational requirements.
Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If the order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to Cuemath at customercare@cuemath.com.
Cuemath will coordinate with the shipping carrier and do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
At present, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are not doing shipping/delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as of now.
Shipping address needs to be accurate and complete when placing the order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
