Thank you for shopping with Cuemath (“We,” “Us,” “Our”). We want every customer’s order to reach them safely and without hassle. This policy explains how Cuemath processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on Shop.cuemath.

1. Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond Cuemath’s control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, and public holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the completion of your purchase. The amount shown at checkout is the final shipping cost payable for your order.

3. Shipping Partners

Cuemath works with trusted shipping partners to deliver orders across our service areas. The carrier used for your shipment may vary depending on your location and operational requirements.

4. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at customercare@cuemath.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, any additional shipping costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.
